Information about your stay in Rabland

Booking, payment, arrival and departure:

• Your booking is only valid after written confirmation.
  
• It is not possible to book a specific room number.
  
• On the day of arrival, the rooms and apartments are ready from 2pm. By prior arrangement, a earlier time is possible.
  
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10am
  
• If you are arriving after 7pm, we will ask you for a telephone notification. Thank you!
  
• The room bill can be paid preferably in cash or by debit/credit card.
  

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations up to one month before arrival are free of charge.
  
• If cancelled less than one month before arrival, the room/apartment will be charged at 70% for the agreed period.
  
• In case of early departure and/or late arrival, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
  
• We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This protects you from cancellation costs and can be purchased from any travel agency.
